Thank you for visiting my campaign website. My name is Jamison Wiggins. I am a sixth-generation Grand County resident, and I am proud to call this community home. My wife, Amy, and I both graduated from Grand County High School, and we are now raising our two daughters here. Grand County isn't just where I work; it's where my family has deep roots, and it's the community we are proud to call home.

My entire law enforcement career has been with the Grand County Sheriff's Office. Over the years, I have served our community in a variety of roles, and since 2023, I have been honored to serve as your Sheriff.

I am seeking re-election because I believe the work is not finished. Being Sheriff is not a retirement job for me. It is my career, my calling, and my commitment to the people of Grand County.

Every day, I come to work focused on protecting our residents, supporting my deputies and staff, and ensuring our community remains one of the safest places to live, work, and raise a family.

The Sheriff's responsibilities extend far beyond enforcing the law. The Sheriff is entrusted with protecting life and property, preserving the peace, managing the county jail, supporting search and rescue, coordinating emergency management, and standing up for the constitutional rights of every citizen. As the county's elected Sheriff, I also believe it is my duty to serve as a safeguard against government overreach and to uphold the Constitution without compromise. Our founding fathers understood the importance of an independently elected Sheriff who answers directly to the people.

During my first term, we have made meaningful progress by strengthening public safety, building partnerships throughout our community, supporting our schools, improving emergency preparedness, increasing transparency, and ensuring the Sheriff's Office remains professional, accountable, and fully staffed. While I'm proud of what we've accomplished together, I know there is still more work to do.
